The Haitian health care system lacks of a comprehensive way to track information on health services and health outcomes.
Community Health Workers (CHWs) are volunteers from the community who are trained and certified by the Haitian Ministry of Public Health and Population (MSPP) to provide health services to their community in Haiti.
We work together with our partners to create new CHWs that will promote health and transform the lives of their community members.
CHWs are pillars of the community that support the overall health of the community.
The Services We Offer

Home Visits
CHWs conduct wellness visits at home for members of the community that are unable to make it into the medical office and complete a variety of health services including preventative health monitoring and community health outreach.

Blood Pressure
Blood pressure screening is a vital part of keeping the community healthy. Continuous monitoring can help individuals detect severe underlying health issues including heart disease and diabetes.

CPR Training
Training on this lifesaving procedure provides CHWs with the knowledge to handle cardiopulmonary emergencies within the community, and beyond.
